Master Distiller Lesley Gracie crafts Hendrick’s Gin in small batches at the “Gin Palace” in Girvan, Scotland. This premium spirit utilizes a rare combination of two different stills: a 19th-century Bennett pot still and a 1948 Carter-Head vapor-infusion still.

This dual-process marries deep, oily botanical flavors with lighter, floral notes to create a complex foundation. After distillation, the team infuses the gin with the curious essences of Bulgarian rose and specially selected cucumbers. Every 1L bottle delivers a smooth, balanced palate featuring juniper, citrus, and a long, refreshingly floral finish. This iconoclastic gin redefined the category upon its 1999 debut.
