Destilería Sierra Unidas produces this iconic “Tequila with the Red Sombrero” at a historic hacienda in Guadalajara, the capital of tequila. The production team hand-harvests blue agave from the Jalisco highlands, grown at altitudes over 2,000 meters. The spirit undergoes a traditional double distillation in copper pot stills to ensure a clean, vibrant character. This crystal-clear Blanco tequila releases a fresh, fruity aroma dominated by blue agave and subtle herbal notes.

On the palate, drinkers enjoy a lively interplay of green apple, young pineapple, and a characteristic hint of chili and black pepper.
