Tequila Sierra Silver

Tequila, a distillate made from agaves, has become world-famous as a shot with salt and lemon or in cocktails like the margarita. According to the strict laws passed by the Mexican government, only the hearts of the blue weber agave, known as “tequilanaweber,” from the province of Jalisco can be used in the making of tequila. Sierra Tequila, produced in the family-owned Destilería Sierra Unidas built in the late 1970s, embodies the art and passion of tequila production. This legacy has been passed down from generation to generation to the current Master Distiller, Rodolfo Gonzalez Gonzalez.
